At Graze Local you can order your own 1/4, 1/2 or whole cow.
Our farmer partners process your order based on a cut sheet that will then be provided to their butcher.
There is a $150 down payment for bulk orders. Once we know the weight of your cow and the farmers available cut date (depending on farmers and butchers scheduled availability), we will bill you the remainder.
